Eno Ikpeme is a passionate culinary storyteller dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich food heritage of the Efik people.
Born and raised in Cross River State, Nigeria, Eno grew up surrounded by the aromatic spices and traditional cooking methods that have been passed down through generations of Efik families. Her mother's kitchen became her first classroom, where she learned not just recipes, but the cultural significance and stories behind each dish.
With over four decades of experience in culinary arts and cultural preservation, Eno has dedicated her career to documenting traditional Efik recipes before they are lost to modernization.
Through "Efik Flavours," Eno hopes to bridge the gap between generations and geography, allowing Efik people around the world to reconnect with their culinary roots while introducing others to the incredible flavors of her homeland.
